(Small) Projects by Members
Activities related to self-building are published here. An activity can also be presented in the form of notes or a personal link. The aim is to bring club members with similar interests together, but also to provide opportunities to exchange experiences. Contact us at info@hb9htc.ch . We will try to post your information here. It can be made public or only visible to club members, as desired!
You can find self-build projects related to National Mountain Day (NMD) on the NMD website.
Presentation of a 1 kW output stage for 2m (public)
As an active member of the HTC, I wanted to draw attention to my YouTube channel, where I present a power amplifier in the 1 KW range every month. Perhaps there is one or the other idea for a few members here.
I would be happy if you would just drop by and see me.
Greetings, Alexander Lorenz HB9HMQ (HTC#416)
HB9BXE's website
Many different projects can be found on the website of Hans-Peter HB9BXE (HTC#73). Some of his articles have also been described in HBradio and former OM. Hans-Peter has been the originator and initiator of many group projects for several decades!

Winkeyer keyboard interface for the T2 NMD log
At the annual National Mountain Day (NMD) meeting, prizes are awarded to the winners and so-called participation prizes are raffled off.
The documentation for this electronics is stored here. Note: Two keying signals have been led out. If someone needs a PTT line to control a power amplifier, the modification is minimal!
6m antenna (public)
Attempt to build a 6m antenna in a portable environment. Field report by Hugo HB9AFH (HTC#56)
Morste Keys Interfaces (public)
Two types of keying interfaces for the HB9HQX Morse V7 Morse program are offered. Both interfaces can handle the keying of the transmitter from various well-known logbook programs (e.g., N1MM, etc.).
Internet CW communication: The IF-1 interface works without changes via CWCom.
The IF-2 interface can be used for CWCom as well as for iCW (requires sine wave). This describes the status from the prototype to the current state. Further information HB9AFH (HTC#056)

Repair of a Cushcraft R8 antenna
This second-hand antenna was successfully operated for several years in Andalusia, near the sea.
The haze, a mixture of yeast and Sahara dust (calima), has damaged the antenna.
Perhaps the measurement results would be useful for a comparison?
