EL12 measuring device
EL-12 Power, Frequency, Inductance, and Capacitance Meter
This measuring device was initiated as an HTC group project in the run-up to the QRP Party 2010 through a collective order. Everyone assembled their device at home. At the QRP Party in Rothenburg 2010, all devices could be calibrated at a professional measuring station under the direction of Ernst HB9CTP. 12 participants took part in the project.
Further information was reported in HTC News 2009-II and HTC News 2010-I. We owe this great project to Roland HB9GAA, the developer of this device. The QRP party was organized jointly with the HB9JA group and the HTC.
